1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ConvertLuxe website (convertluxe.beeznez.com), any of its subdomains, web applications, API services, or related tools (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and the operator of ConvertLuxe.

2. Description of Service

ConvertLuxe provides an online platform for file format conversion, compression, optimization, editing and related utilities supporting a wide range of document, image, audio, video, archive and other file types. The Service is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, performance, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates any applicable law
• Upload malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware or any other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, databases or any related systems
• Engage in automated use of the Service (scraping, crawling, load testing) without explicit written permission
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use
• Use the Service for any illegal, unethical or prohibited purpose

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software code, conversion algorithms and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to ConvertLuxe and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any files you upload. However, by using the Service you grant ConvertLuxe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to temporarily store, process, transmit and display your files solely as necessary to provide the Service.

6. API Usage

Use of the ConvertLuxe API is governed by these Terms as well as any separate API agreement or rate-limit documentation provided at the time of access. Exceeding published rate limits, attempting to circumvent restrictions, or using the API in production without appropriate subscription may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertLuxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies or loss of quality during conversion
• Termination of your access to the Service

In no event shall ConvertLuxe’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConvertLuxe’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
